As the holiday season approaches, WorkAway Offices is proud to announce its partnership with The Ottawa Food Bank for a charity drive aimed at positively impacting the local community. Running from October 2023 to December 31st, 2023, this initiative will bring together our community of professionals and businesses to support a cause that is close to our hearts.
Location and Donations
The WorkAway Offices location at 1505 Laperriere Ave will serve as a central hub for collecting donations. We encourage both members and non-members to drop off non-perishable food items and contribute cash donations during this period. Every little bit helps, and together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of those in need.
Why The Ottawa Food Bank?
The Ottawa Food Bank is a well-established charitable organization that has been serving the community for decades. They work tirelessly to combat food insecurity by providing nutritious meals to individuals and families in need throughout the Ottawa region. With the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic and its economic fallout, the demand for their services has never been higher.
By partnering with The Ottawa Food Bank, WorkAway Offices aims to support their mission of ensuring that no one in our community goes hungry. We firmly believe that everyone deserves access to nourishing food, especially during the holiday season when the spirit of giving is at its peak.

Open Houses and Special Offer
WorkAway Offices is hosting open houses at both of our locations, 1505 Laperriere Ave and 35B Antares Drive, on Tuesday, October 17th and Tuesday, October 24th, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. On these Open House days, WorkAway Offices will donate $25 to The Ottawa Food Bank for every new person that comes in for a tour. This is a great opportunity to explore our state-of-the-art office spaces and support a vital cause simultaneously.
How You Can Help
Donate Non-Perishable Food Items: Bring non-perishable food items such as canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, and other essentials to our 1505 Laperriere Ave location. Every item you donate will go toward filling the plates of those who need it most.
Contribute Cash Donations: Cash donations are incredibly valuable, as they allow The Ottawa Food Bank to purchase fresh and nutritious items in bulk, making a more significant impact. Every dollar you give makes a difference.
